Youth Guidance After-School at Edison Regional Gifted Center
We’re pleased to welcome Youth Guidance (YG) After School Program back to Edison this year!
Dates & Hours: The YG After School Program runs every day CPS is in session from 2:45pm-6:00pm.
SEVERE WEATHER & EMERGENCY CLOSING PROTOCOL: Youth Guidance follows CPS school closings due to inclement weather or emergency situations.
Following an announcement from CPS, Youth Guidance will contact families in the form of an email if programming has been canceled.

About: Youth Guidance after-school at Edison is designed to meet the social, academic, and emotional needs of students through a diverse collection of engaging activities. YG provides a safe and supportive environment in which students are free to learn, create, share and grow along with their fellow participants. Each staff member has an extensive background in childcare and is committed to ensuring that each child has a positive after school experience. We communicate regularly with the school administration and faculty to ensure a smooth transition from the regular school day with clear and consistent expectations.
