All of the information you'll need to sign up for fall parent-teacher conferences is included below.
Conference Dates: Parent-teacher conferences are Monday, November 2nd. You will have the option of meeting in-person or virtually. If you choose to meet virtually, please note that the Google Meet link for your specific conference will be included in the calendar invitation for your specific appointment. Teachers will not be using a general Google Classroom Meet link for conferences to better honor student privacy.

Grades K-2 Conference Time Slots: Please sign up for one slot only. If you need to speak with a teacher for a longer period of time or are unable to find a time slot that works for you, please reach out to your child's teacher to schedule an alternate conference time. Please note: conference slots between noon - 1:30PM will be virtual and slots between 1:30PM-6:00PM will be in person. If you need a virtual time slot and are unable to schedule one, please contact your child's homeroom teacher.

Grades 5-8 Middle School Conferences: Please note that middle school conferences will not be held jointly. Please sign up for a conference with one of your student's core content area teachers. You do not need to select your child's homeroom teacher, but given the time constraints, we're asking that you only choose one core content area (math, science, social studies, ELA) teacher. If you'd like to have a conference with a different content area teacher, please contact that teacher directly to schedule a time. You are welcome to sign-up for conferences with as many specials teachers as you choose in addition to one core content teacher. We understand that many of you would like to meet with multiple teachers and we are happy to make that happen. If you would like to schedule a meeting outside of these time slots, please reach out to the teacher directly. We will make sure you get the time you need. Report Cards: Report cards will be distributed during conferences on November 2nd. You can view your student's most current grades on CPS' Parent Portal on or before that date. If you need to register for Parent Portal, please contact the Edison office.
