E-Pay

E-Pay & Field Trips

We are excited to let you know that E-Pay can now be used for field trip payments! To complete an online payment, visit the Edison E-Pay website:

Click "make a one-time payment".
Enter all required student information (including CPS student ID #).
Click on "field trips" drop-down.
Enter teacher's name.
Enter field trip destination.
If the fee includes all field trips for the school year, please enter the grade followed by “2026-2027SY".
Enter amount.
Click "add to cart" at the bottom if you're looking to add another payment or click "add and checkout" to enter payment information and check out.

Following payment, an automatic receipt will be sent to your email.

We do not accept checks.
